A simple fitness bracelet, the charge seems to lasts for 3-4 days, with the phone synchronised. I do not know how much exactly, but the pressure and pulse measures, the pedometer works, alerts about calls and SMS. In general, for the price the quality is very good. You need to install the app FitPro on your phone. I also recommended Yoho sports, Bluetooth could not find iPhone 5 but on Android and on iPhone 8 it installed fine. In the app you need to register with mail and password and enable Bluetooth on the phone/in the app find Bluetooth clock (device) and everything is ready. The clock time is set automatically once you sync the device with the app. In the app you can set the alarm clock (a couple of times will vibrate the clock, when the alarm will work, no signal, in the app need to turn on the vibration.
All seems to work pretty well.
